A serious management game introducing a new product to a sales team and training them in its practical use, in order to better understand the needs of their clients.

This project was born from our client’s need to create an autonomous and engaging solution to train a sales team. They then commissioned the communication agency Gaultier Collette which reached out to us to set up an innovative online training program for their employees.

We quickly opted for a serious management game. The goal was to immerse the sales team directly into the reality of managing a farm. To earn resources in the game and progress to the next day, players had to correctly answer questions about the product and its use. These resources then had to be used to improve the farm’s productivity.

The sales team was thus able to train through a game, spending a virtual week in their customers’ shoes to better understand their challenges, needs, and the product itself.
