A video game to raise awareness among a company's employees of the various disabilities and their impact on everyday life in the workplace..

Our client wanted to mark International Day of Disabled Persons 2022 with a special communication with their employees. We collaborated with Gaultier Collette agency to set up an awareness campaign on the day-to-day impact of disabilities on the lives of the company’s disabled employees.

The goal was to immerse players in the experience of a disabled employee, even if just for a moment. We came up with the idea of developing a web-based experience that takes participants through the different stages of a typical workday—each one impacted by a different disability. This approach allows players to develop a deeper, more empathetic understanding of how everyday tasks can be significantly affected by disabilities.

After successfully completing all the stages of the workday as a person with a disability, employees could enter a prize draw. The game was accessible by invitation only and exclusively reserved within our client’s company.
